OUR MISSION
At Merge Caribbean Cuisine, our mission is to bring people together through the vibrant flavors, rich cultures, and joyful spirit of the Caribbean. More than a place to dine, Merge is a space where cultures, ideas, businesses, and communities merge together—to eat, work, meet, celebrate, and connect. We believe that when people come together, something extraordinary happens.We celebrate the unique traditions of the islands while creating a welcoming experience where every guest can discover, connect, and savor the taste of the Caribbean—one dish, one story, and one shared moment at a time.
DESCRIPTION
Dress Code: Polished attire is required. Athletic, distressed or overly casual clothing and footwear is not permitted. No hats and no shorts. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to the following standards:
For Men: Collared shirts are required. No T-shirts, no graphic tees, no tank tops, no ripped or distressed jeans, no shorts of any kind, no athletic wear, no sleepwear, no hoodies, no open-toed footwear, and no headwear such as beanies, no baseball caps, no hats are not permitted. Jackets and coats are appreciated but not required.
For Women: We ask that attire reflect the refined nature of Merge’s dining experience. No club-wear, no overly casual or excessively revealing clothing, no exposed undergarments, no athletic wear, no sleepwear, no ripped or distressed jeans, no shorts of any kind, and no headwear such as beanies, or baseball caps are permitted. Elevated, polished attire is always appreciated. Please dress appropriately for the occasion, as we look forward to offering you – and all of our guests – a refined and memorable dining experience.
Management Discretion Applies: reserves the right to enforce, update,
or modify this dress code at any time.
Reservations: A 15-minute grace period applies before cancellation. Complete parties must be present to be seated. We recommend reservations via Open Table.
Groups: Parties of 6+ are coordinated through reservations@mergega.com and presented on one check, payable by one guest.
Outside Food and Decor: Outside cakes, balloons and décor are not permitted.
Age Policy: We warmly welcome guests ages 10 and older. A children’s menu is not available.
Menu: Dishes are prepared as presented; substitutions are unavailable.
Alternate or additional sides may be ordered separately.
Payments: A 20% gratuity is applied to every guest check, regardless of party size. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

What is MERGE’s age policy?
To preserve the elevated dining atmosphere and ensure a pleasant, uninterrupted experience for all of our guests, MERGE welcomes guests ages 10 and older. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to create an enjoyable experience for everyone dining with us. A children’s menu is not available.
Does MERGE have a dress code?
At Merge, we are dedicated to providing an elevated dining experience in an elegant yet relaxing setting. To preserve this atmosphere and ensure the enjoyment of all our guests, we enforce a strict dress code and kindly ask that all guests adhere to the following standards:

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but reservations provide the best opportunity for us to accommodate your party. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.
